How do I place an order?

To begin shopping, you use any of the category choices found at the top of the page to browse a specific department. Or, find items easily by utilizing the search bar found in the top center area of the window. Simply type in a keyword related to your desired item and browse the results. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, choose a size and color and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Your item will be reflected in the shopping bag found in the upper right area of the window. Ready to check out? Click on the Checkout button. If not, you may continue to browse the site. Your desired items will stay in your shopping bag. Follow the steps of the checkout to complete your purchase.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to: CT, FL, D.C., IL, MA, MD, MI, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA. Etc… Tax will be calculated at time of check out and will be included in your order summary.

How should I clean my garments?

Garments that are stained or affected by perfume, deodorant, perspiration or salt stains should be dry cleaned as soon as possible. Light decorated garments, should be cleaned after each wear as they tend to be more vulnerable to soil. Always have your clothing dry cleaned before storage at the end of each season.

Do you accept returns?
 
As of now we do not accept returns as we are an original Quality Focused clothing company seeking gains, all sales are final. In the future: we will gladly exchange or credit your timely return of unworn, unlaundered merchandise when it is presented in salable condition with the original vendor packaging and tags. We cannot exchange or credit gourmet, altered, customized or personalized items. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. 

Will you use my customer data for promotional purposes?

Unity U.S.A. CLOTHING® does not use customer data for promotional purposes, except when you have expressly given us your permission. You can change your consent at any time.  The necessary data for the business transaction will be saved and within the scope of the order processing will be given to associated companies if necessary. Of course, all personal data will be handled confidentially.
